Location: Unit block of Franklin Street NE.

10:00 AM – Setup with Block Residents
12:00 PM – Party Officially Begins
12:00–1:00 PM – Wheels Time (Kids take over the street with bikes 🚲, scooters, etc.)
1:00 PM – Dessert Contest Entries Must Be Present
2:00–6:00 PM – DJ Denley Spins 🎶
2:30 PM – Spoken Word Performance by Malakai Bandele
3:00 PM – PBC Liturgical Dancers
3:30 PM – Tara Hoot’s Family-Friendly Drag Storytime 📖✨
4:00 PM – Official Announcements, Dessert Contest Winner Announced
4:30 PM – In Memoriam
5:00 PM – Tales from Stronghold featuring Mr. Malcolm Taylor

Contest Rules
- Participants are required to bring their dessert to the designated dessert table by 1:00 p.m. and provide contest volunteers with information including the dessert's title, entrant's name, and category (cookie, cake, pie, or candy).
- Judges will select winners, and awards will be announced at 4:00 p.m.
- Following the judging, desserts will be available to the public.
- All entrants should include a list of ingredients with their dessert to ensure proper allergy notifications.
- The SCA does not offer refrigeration and is not responsible for dishes, pans, or utensils.
- First prize $50, Second and third prize $25.

Kids Activities
The block party is packed with fun for everyone, including a special lineup just for kids. Don't miss the visit from the fire truck!

1:30 PM – Talent Moment (Take the stage to showcase a skill)
2:00–6:00 PM – Arts & Crafts tables with many activities. Games abound

5:30 PM – Dogs of Stronghold 🐾
Food
No block party would be complete without our community barbecue, hosted by grillmasters King Tee and Kevin! We’ll be serving up a spread of burgers, hot dogs, wings, and fish. Guests are welcome to bring along anything else they’d like to have grilled or fried. Side dishes will be potluck-style (BYO), and we’ll also have water and sodas on hand.
